Owner: My Name is Scottie Thomas. I am 30 years old, my dad and I started this company in Bloomington IN after moving here from North Carolina. After spending 7 years in the military (4 years Infantry in the United States Marine Corps and 3 years as a Motor Transport Operator in the United States Army) I went to college earning an associates degree in business management ultimately finding my way to Bloomington Indiana after 2 years as an over the road Class A truck driver. My dad informed me that he was ready for a change and wanted to move here and the business idea become a reality. As the son of a premier concrete finisher I had been on job sites since I could walk and worked 2 summers during high school with him at his former company. 

Co Owner: Gene Thomas 57 years old. With 40 years experience in the industry he was one of Burlington North Carolina’s finest concrete finishers. He stayed with his former company for over 30 years as the lead finisher doing mostly residential and small commercial projects, but also completed a few projects for Alamance County including the War Memorial outside of the County court house. Gene has only worked for 3 concrete companies in 40 years, speaking to his dedication to perfection on projects.
